Photography Release

I hereby grant to the FCA Maryland Volleyball the right to take photographs and/or video of my daughter(s) during volleyball tournaments or practices. I authorize the FCA Maryland Volleyball club, its assigns and transferees to use such photographs and/or video of my daughter(s) with or without their name(s) on their website, https://fcamdvb.org, or the members-only Shutterfly websites.
